Any Specialized bicycle (excluding kid's bikes) that are shipped directly to the customer AND assembled by the customer will be void of the Specialized Manufacturer Warranty. To maintain the warranty, your bike must be assembled by a Specialized dealer.
701 Cycle and Sport cannot be held liable for injury or death due to improper bicycle assembly by the customer.
Free shipping is only valid with 3-day Ground. All orders will ship within 3-5 business days.
Oversized items (i.e. Bikes, Cargo Boxes, Trailers/Strollers) will include a $200 packaging and handling fee.
All discounted sales are final, no returns accepted.
We do not mount bindings on skis for online purchases. Customers will need to locate their nearest Marker Certified shop to have their bindings mounted. We will not accept returns on skis that have had bindings mounted on them.
Returns on non-discounted items must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. Must include all original packaging and no damage to item. You are responsible for shipping charges. Ship return with the carrier of your choice.
- Pack the item securely and include the original product packaging and tags if available.
- Include proof of purchase (invoice, receipt) plus your name, address, email, phone number, and a brief description of why you’re returning the item.
- Attach a return shipping address to your package.
